How founding access works

Plain English, no small print

We are onboarding our first firms. This page explains exactly what you get, what it costs, what happens at the end, and how you walk away with everything if you decide we are not for you. If anything here is unclear, that is our fault - ask and we will rewrite it.

What you get

What it costs

The RRP is £499 a month. Founding partners pay nothing for the first six months - complimentary while we prove it works in your business.

We are not asking for a card, and there is no automatic charge at the end. After that it is £299 a month - the founding rate, locked for life, for as long as you stay. It never moves, even when the list price does. There are ten founding places and no card is taken up front. If it has not made you money, you owe us nothing and we part on good terms.

If you leave, you take everything

This is the promise we care most about, because it is the one most software companies will not make.

We do not think lock-in is a business model. If the product is not worth paying for, we would rather know.

What we ask of you

Four things we put in writing

  1. Thirty days, no questions. Not for you in the first thirty days? Full refund, no exit call.
  2. The First Ten. If the lead engine has not produced ten genuine enquiries in your county inside ninety days, you do not pay again until it has. A genuine enquiry is a new contact from someone in your county, through a channel we built or run, asking about work you actually do. It counts once, and it does not have to become a booked job. It does not count if it is spam, a sales approach to you, an existing customer of yours, a duplicate, or one you left unanswered for three working days. The running total is visible in your CRM from day one, so nobody argues about the number afterwards.
  3. You leave with everything. Your website, data, customers and Google reviews are yours and always were.
  4. No contract. Monthly. Cancel any time, in one click, without ringing anyone.

What we do not do

The honest bit

Some of the suite is live and running a real electrical firm today - the quoting, the review chasing, the CRM and the daily briefing. Some of it is in live testing, and some is still being built. We label each tool honestly on the front page and we would rather under-promise than have you find out later.

Founding access is a trade: you get the full suite complimentary and a permanent rate afterwards, and we get a real business to build it around. That is the deal, and it is the whole deal.
